RAFCO are managed and staffed by skilled professionals that have multi-modal expertise in management, operation, marketing and design We have over 450 qualified employees which composes of Division Managers, Assistant Managers, Project Managers, Civil Engineers, Interior Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Foreman/Site Supervisors, Draftsmen, Sales Engineers, Sales Executives, Service Technicians, Accountants, Administration personnel and skilled workers. RAFCO Office & Showroom occupy an area of 2,500 sqm located in Old Rayyan Road wherein we showcase all ranges of our interior decoration products. Likewise, our Warehouse has an area of 4,000 sqm located in Industrial Area plus a new warehouse in Birkat Al Awammer with an area of 2,000m2 which have an ample capacity to stack properly and store our products. We approach our demand-driven logistic technologies with the same passion as we do in our interior services. From advanced warehouse management, load planning and ample vehicle fleet. We understand the order is not fulfilled until it is delivered complete, on time and damage free. We are not only leader in interior decoration but also a leader in demand-driven logistics. Our personnel are trained to operate with a commitment to customer service, integrity and honesty and with empowerment to make a quick, correct decision for our customers.
