Job Description

  • Delivery and receipt of the daily shift.
  • Follow-up daily movement of equipment used in catering.
  • Daily follow-up of daily operation.
  • Daily operation of demand from catering suppliers
  • Follow-up and preparation of daily flights and work discarded for these flights when received.
  • Coordinate with catering suppliers in case of requesting something additional or distinctive on the flights after returning to the head of the catering officers.
  • Coordinate with the catering supervisor on special and emergency flights required.
  • Coordinate with the catering workers on the movement of daily flights during the shift.
  • Coordinate with the catering workers on the requirements of each trip and equipping them.
  • Review the number of drinks & dry store loaded on flights.
  • Review the number of flights and make the delivery authorization for each flight.
  • Make the security form for each flight and completing it.
  • Follow-up of flights from Gate No. 35.
  • Send the final numbers loaded on the flight to the destination of the flight.
  • Review the numbers of passengers on flights through the company’s booking system (Amadeus sys).
  • Deliver the flights correctly to Cabin crew.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of equipment loaded on the plane and catering truck.
  • Make a list of blankets and pillows and record the lost and inform the supervisor of officer.
